Wei Xiang began his career in the financial advisory industry from 2018 to 2024, achieving the rank of Financial Services Director within six years.

His journey includes:

• 2021: MDRT & Promotion to Associate Financial Services Manager

• 2022: MDRT, MDA & Promotion to Financial Services Manager

• 2024: Promotion to Financial Services Director

• 2024 Apr: Left to launch A-Think Lab

Before entering the insurance sector, Wei Xiang served as an Intelligence Officer in the Special Operations Task Force (SOTF).

Combining experiences from both fields and driven by a passion for solving challenges in the financial advisory realm, he founded A-Think Lab.
